AIJA is the only Association of lawyers and in-house lawyers up to the age of 45 years. The main goal of the Association is to provide young lawyers with development, education, and networking opportunities.

AIJA currently has 4,000 members and supporters in 90 different countries – including over 60 collective members and bar associations. The AIJA community is very diverse. Members come from different legal cultures and run various types of law firms.
