Mark St John Qualter is CEO of Mindcrest at DWF LLP based in Manchester. Mindcrest is DWF’s ALSP business with over 800 colleagues based in delivery centres in the UK, the USA and India. Mindcrest also is responsible for Legal and Technology Consulting.
Prior to joining DWF, Mark was Head of Artificial Intelligence for Commercial and Private Banking at RBS and founded their AI capability. Mark spent 18 years at RBS where he held several strategy and business transformation roles including Head of Strategy for the Corporate Products Division.
Mark is currently a governor of Manchester Metropolitan University, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Nominations and Governance Committee. Mark was also a member of the Yorkshire and Humberside Regional Council for the CBI.
Mark holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and a BA (with Honours) in Hindi and Sinhalese from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London. His interests are travel, street photography, music, languages and writing.
