Zuzanna’s career began in 1998 at Philips Design, where for many years she worked in the group responsible for the Analysis of Trends in visionary projects created there. Then, for nearly 15 years she worked as a consultant in the area of Design Management & Trends in a leading design studio in the Netherlands.
In 2014, she founded the company 360Inspiration, with which she works with clients from various industries. There are many global and market giants among leaders. She works closely with CEOs and board members, advising them on possible strategic development scenarios, also with research and development departments and creative teams. Her tools and methods of work allow for strategic thinking about the future and for developing uncompromising innovations.
Moreover, Zuzanna lectures at many universities around the world. She is strongly involved in projects promoting design and creative industries. She participates as a speaker in many opinion-forming events devoted to innovation and economy.
She is a co-founder of the School of Form (SWPS).
