Thank you for being part of LEGAL MARKET DAY 2026

The 13th edition of Legal Market Day has just become history. Two intensive days, hundreds of conversations that can change the course of your firms, and one place where business-minded lawyers meet as equals.

Video

LMD 2026 in two minutes

If you were with us – see what might have slipped away in the rush of conversations. If you weren’t there – see what you missed.

What awaits me?

NEW FORMULA

We combine the energy of a large conference with small group work. How will this look in practice?

Speakers will address universal topics, which they will present from a shared stage.

Later, we will divide the stage into 2 tracks: small but mighty and powerhouse. Here, the key factor is the development stage of the law firm or company, not the team size. We have prepared 4 thematic blocks within these tracks.

Important: you don’t need to declare your chosen track in advance.

Demo Day

Are you interested in technology? Or perhaps you are simply looking for the best legal tech solution for your law firm? This is a perfect fit. On March 11, the day before the conference, you can participate in Demo Day. This practical event is focused exclusively on technologies for legal professionals. Its purpose is to enable participants to familiarize themselves with legal tech tools through discussions, live demos on the Case Study Stage, and in-depth 1:1 conversations. Read more.

SILENT CONFERENCE

As you already know, we have planned two parallel tracks – small but mighty and powerhouse. They take place comfortably, in one room, without the need to move around.

This is possible thanks to the Silent Conference system headphones – they ensure you only hear the track you choose. This solution is just emerging in Poland, and you will be among the first to experience it at #LMD2026.

Thematic blocks in this section will be conducted according to the following scheme:

  • introductory lecture,
  • the moderator presents 3 topics for discussion, and you choose which one you want to talk about,
  • you get to know everyone at your table and discuss (25 min.),
  • you summarize your observations and conclusions (10 min.).

Finally, the moderator will summarize the observations and conclusions received, and participants will receive immediate feedback.

ZERO FOMO

Two stages often mean having to choose and feeling like you’ve missed out. Not at LEGAL MARKET DAY.

After the lunch break, we will repeat the presentations and discussions from all 4 thematic blocks. You will decide whether to change tables, switch channels on your headphones and gain knowledge from other speakers, or deepen existing topics by changing your discussion partner and specific issues.

Additionally, you will receive a complete summary of conclusions from both thematic tracks.

MOBILE APP

In the LEGAL MARKET DAY app, you can schedule 1:1 meetings with other event participants so they don’t conflict with other parts of the program. Importantly, you can do this before and after the conference too – because you’ll be coming to Poznań for longer, right?

In the coming weeks, you will also discover new features we’ve prepared in the app.

TOPICS

A law firm is about people – both the firm’s team and the client’s side. That’s why this year’s lectures and discussions will revolve around topics such as:

  • client experience
  • billing models
  • recruitment and retention
  • sales and salespeople
  • AI in the law firm-client relationship
  • marketing focused on attracting the right clients

More details coming soon!

The law firm in a growth model: customer experience principles for partners

In today’s era of legal services, competitive advantage shifts from legal knowledge itself to Customer Experience (CX) and trust.

The presentation is based on experiences from building scalable strategies in BigTech (including Google, Uber, Docplanner). We will focus on practical principles for implementing a growth model. The goal is to transform client fear (of cost and process) into lasting loyalty and increased LTV (lifetime value).

We will discuss the application of key principles for growth:

Transparency and disarming fear: How to build trust by eliminating cost uncertainty (lessons from Uber) and providing proactive communication management regarding case status (as in Google).

Value before payment model: How to produce knowledge and preliminary services to effectively break down entry barriers and acquire clients willing to pay for opinion, security, and peace of mind.

Designing moments of relief: How to build brand ambassadors by designing touchpoints that exceed expectations and give the client a sense of control over the process.

Scalable upsell/cross-sell: How to systematically generate additional revenue by providing clients with holistic care and offering complementary services based on their lifecycle and identified needs.

  • How do clients make decisions and why isn’t price the most important factor?
  • How does simple communication translate into law firm service sales?

Quality is more important than quantity. Legal marketing for those who don't have time for it.

In a world of AI and pressure for more marketing, we will show how law firms (especially B2B) can build effective marketing based on quality – through consistency, appropriate selection of activities for their strategy, and combining image with sales support.

It’s not the one who does the most marketing that wins. It’s the one who:

  • does the right things for their strategy and market
    maintains quality and consistency
  • combines image-building activities with sales support

Meaning: not less versus more, but thoughtfully versus randomly (or: better versus randomly).

FAQ

Can I purchase online access?
No. LMD2026 can only be attended in person.

Will recordings of the presentations be available after the conference?
No. We want participants to meet in person and have the full conference experience.

What is Silent Conference and what is the deal with these headphones?
It is a modern technology that allows two stages to take place in one room – you put on headphones and hear only your chosen track. A bit like Silent Disco, only without dancing (most likely! :)).

Will there be any presentations this year?
Of course! We are not giving up what you value so much in #LMD – with the help of our speakers, we plan to continue delivering the highest substantive value. In the #LMD2026 edition, we combine presentations with workshop activities so that participants can draw from the best of theory and practice.

What will the workshop work at tables look like?
At the tables, you will work in groups of 7–8 people, discussing specific, designated topics. An expert-moderator will also be present. They will help collect and record conclusions, which will then be included in the joint summary. You do not need to prepare in any special way for the table work – just bring an open mind and good humor!

How do I download the mobile application and what will be in it?
The application will be available from December 2025 in the App Store and Google Play. The main functionality of the application will be the ability to schedule 1:1 meetings with conference participants.

I have a problem with registration. What should I do?
In case of registration problems, please contact us by email: hello@legalmarketday.com.

Can I attend Demo Day if I am not purchasing a ticket to LEGAL MARKET DAY?
Yes. However, you must register. If you do not show up despite registration, you will be subject to a so-called no show fee. We want only interested individuals to attend Demo Day.

I am not an owner or partner – can I attend Demo Day?
Yes. We invite all lawyers interested in legaltech improvements and tools to Demo Day – including those outside the owner/partner group.

Is Demo Day a conference with presentations?
No. Demo Day is not a conference or a series of presentations. It is a practice-oriented event: 1:1 conversations, live demos, and the ability to test tools yourself. Instead of sitting in a room and listening to presentations, you move freely, talk with vendors and other participants, and test technologies.

Does participation in Demo Day include the evening networking event?
No. The evening networking event (“Wine, Taps & Tapas”) is part of the LEGAL MARKET DAY conference day and is exclusively for its participants.
